She has run large projects and transformations, where she has worked for national and international companies. Maria works closely with customers and focuses on creating continuous improvements.
Steen has worked with IT Service Management and project management for more than 20 years. Partly as a consultant with development of organization and processes and partly with teaching on ITIL and other related courses.
Steen works closely with our customers and is, among other things, responsible for sales at MetierWestergaard.
Pernille has worked for more than 25 years with courses and conferences – the last 20 years in Westergaard, now MetierWestergaard. Pernille is responsible for the day-to-day operations and is responsible for training, finance and HR.
Louise has extensive experience in planning and administration, and also has many years of experience in the event industry. Louise gets inspiration and energy from helping to create the best experiences for our customers, and works with the day-to-day operational part.

Annette is a teacher and senior advisor in project management and change management. She is an accredited teacher in PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile® and Change Management APMG.
Annette is also an accredited learning engineer (Area9) and specializes in the development of our AI based e-learning.
Annette has more than 15 years of experience as a project manager, team leader and teacher.
Martin is a Senior Management Consultant and instructor. He is an accredited Prince2®/Prince2® Agile, SAFe® (SPC5), DevOps and ITIL4® trainer.
For the past 20 years, Martin has worked with project management, governance, strategy, IT Service Management and process optimization in roles as project manager and consultant. In addition, he has experience with agile transformations in small and large companies.

Timo is educated Cand. Merc. from CBS and has more than 20 years of practical experience with business and IT transformations and has completed projects for larger Danish and Nordic companies within various industries.
Troels is an Agile Coach and accredited trainer in SAFe® (SPC5 & RTE), as well as author of the book "Scrum Done Right". With 20 years of practical experience as a technical project manager, consultant and advisor, Troels specializes in agile product development, high performing teams and agile tools.
Caspar has worked with IT service management since 2009, and before that came from a background as a process consultant on the business side. Throughout his career, Caspar has had problem solving, continuous improvement and collaboration across organizational boundaries as his main focus.
Caspar is an expert in IT service management and has in-depth knowledge of a number of different principles and methods within e.g. for lean and service management. Since 2014, he has taught all ITIL and ITSM courses and is a co-author and contributor to several books on e.g. ITIL, SIAM and VeriSM.
Peter has many years of practical experience in project, program and portfolio management. Peter is strong at communicating and sharing knowledge, from many years of practical experience with teaching and training.
By nature, Peter is curious and his theoretical knowledge is partly obtained from a Cand. Oecon, a Master in Project Management and several certifications.
Karsten is a trained officer in the Armed Forces and has many years of practical experience with management, teaching and development. In addition, he has a Master's from the University of Copenhagen, and i.a. trained in NLP, Coaching and Project Management.
Karsten is strong at mediating, facilitating and advising our customers and has the ability to link theory and practice within project management, project management and management development in a practical way.
Thomas is a senior advisor and architect within portfolio solutions. He has extensive experience in supporting project and portfolio management with IT solutions.
Fie is an Agile Coach, an experienced Agile Project Manager and has worked with digitization and agile transformation for +15 years. Fie is an accredited trainer in SAFe(R) (SPC5) and coaches teams and managers in the agile methods, values and mindset that create the foundation for an organizational change. Fie is also certified in PRINCE2®, SCRUM and ISTQB.
Christian is a teacher and IT Service Management Consultant. He is an accredited teacher in ITIL® and teaches all ITIL® courses. Christian is also a lead in gaming, where theory and practice meet.
Christian has 20 years of experience as, among other things, leader, process manager and teacher.
Josefine is a certified PRINCE2® instructor and has more than 10 years of experience with project and program management, including the development and optimization of project models and methods, primarily based on PRINCE2®.
