The MetierWestergaard team

Louise primarily works with course administration and customer service at MetierWestergaard. In addition, Louise is responsible for our conferences and events. Louise has been part of MetierWestergaard for more than five years.

Pernille has been with MetierWestergaard for more than 20 years. Pernille is responsible for our course administration and works with business development, customer service and marketing.

Steen Sverker is co-owner and Managing Director at MetierWestergaard. Steen primarily works with sales, customers and business development. Steen has worked with IT Service Management and digitalization for more than 25 years.

Martin has been with MetierWestergaard for more than ten years and has experience from some of the largest IT companies in Denmark. Martin works as a consultant and teaches on our courses in ITIL®, PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile®, SAFe®, ITSM, CSMPro and simulation games.

Troels has been teaching for MetierWestergaard for more than eight years. With a broad base of experience from large organisations, Troels is highly experienced and is keen to share this knowledge in the classroom. Troels teaches PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile®, ITIL®, SAFe® and Scrum.

Kristoffer is a student assistant and works with our social media marketing. Kristoffer’s primary responsibilities include writing posts for LinkedIn, newsletters, and assisting our external marketing team.

Thea is a student assistant and works as a graphic designer at MetierWestergaard. Thea’s primary responsibilities include producing graphics for social media and designing and lay-out of our printed materials.

Thomas has been Chairman of the Board at MetierWestergaard for more than three years. Thomas has previously held several senior management positions at the Rockwool Group, where he is currently Chairman of the Board.

Maria has been a member of MetierWestergaard’s Board for many years, is a co-owner, and has previously held the role of Managing Director. Maria is currently Managing Director at Devoteam Denmark.

Steen Sverker is co-owner and Managing Director at MetierWestergaard. Steen primarily works with sales, customers and business development. Steen has worked with IT Service Management and digitalization for more than 25 years.

Anders works with consultancy and training within Cyber Security and Information Security. At MetierWestergaard, Anders teaches all our ISO 2700X courses and NIS2.

Bjørn is a Management Consultant at Devoteam and has extensive experience and strong expertise in AI. At MetierWestergaard, Bjørn teaches AI Foundation.

Charlotte is an independent consultant working with project management and coaching. At MetierWestergaard, Charlotte teaches PRINCE2®.

Christian Blynø is Service Desk Manager at Coop Denmark. Christian has previously worked as a consultant at MetierWestergaard and has, among other things, developed several of our simulation games. At MetierWestergaard, Christian teaches ITIL®, ITSM courses and simulation games.

Edin is a Senior Consultant at Devoteam and an expert in ServiceNow. At MetierWestergaard, Edin teaches the ServiceNow Masterclass: AI Lab in Practice.

Emil is a Principal at Devoteam and works with IT Service Management and related areas. At MetierWestergaard, Emil teaches ITIL®.

Frank is a Senior Chief Consultant at Statistics Denmark. Frank has worked with IT Service Management for many years. At MetierWestergaard, Frank teaches ITIL®.

Helle is an independent consultant and works as a project manager and advisor. At MetierWestergaard, Helle teaches PRINCE2®.

Henrik is the owner and Managing Director of Dear Future and is considered one of Denmark’s leading experts in AI. Henrik is a well-known public speaker on topics such as AI, job satisfaction and more. At MetierWestergaard, Henrik teaches the AI Masterclass.

Jacob is the owner of the company HverdagsAI, which provides training and consultancy within AI. MetierWestergaard delivers the courses ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and AI Agents in collaboration with HverdagsAI.

Jakob is a Process Consultant at ATP and has more than 20 years of experience with ITIL and ITSM. At MetierWestergaard, Jakob teaches ITIL® and PRINCE2®.

Jakob is a Senior Business Advisor and Principal at Devoteam. Jakob has previously worked as a consultant at MetierWestergaard and teaches ITIL® and PRINCE2®.

Karl is an independent consultant and advisor. Karl is an expert in agile methods and frameworks. At MetierWestergaard, Karl teaches SAFe® and Scrum.

Michael is an independent consultant specialising in IT Service Management. At MetierWestergaard, Michael teaches ITIL® and PRINCE2®

Michael is an Expert Principal at Devoteam and an expert in ServiceNow with many years of experience. At MetierWestergaard, Michael teaches the ServiceNow Masterclass: ServiceNow and IT Service Management.

Michael is an independent consultant and has, nationally and internationally, contributed to the development of the ITIL framework over many years. At MetierWestergaard, Michael teaches ITIL®.

Michael is a Lead Consultant at Devoteam and primarily works with ServiceNow and CMDB. At MetierWestergaard, Michael teaches the ServiceNow Masterclass: CMDB in Practice.

Michelle Venge is a Manager at Deloitte and one of MetierWestergaard’s highly skilled instructors. In addition to her work as a consultant, Michelle teaches PRINCE2® and SAFe® at MetierWestergaard.

Nikolaj is an independent consultant with extensive experience as a Programme and Project Manager. At MetierWestergaard, Nikolaj teaches PRINCE2®.

Pawel is a Lead Consultant at Devoteam with extensive experience in ServiceNow and advisory work. At MetierWestergaard, Pawel teaches the ServiceNow Masterclass: AI Lab in Practice.

Pernille owns the company VisionBird, where she provides consultancy and develops processes within Contract Management. At MetierWestergaard, Pernille teaches Contract Management Foundation – CATS CM® Foundation.

Peter is a Director at Devoteam and holds a Master’s degree in Project Management as well as a Master’s degree in PRINCE2®. Peter has previously worked as a consultant at MetierWestergaard and currently teaches PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile®, SAFe® and Scrum.

Peter Ravnholt is an independent consultant with extensive expertise in ITIL and ServiceNow. At MetierWestergaard, Peter teaches ITIL® and Unified Service Management.

Steen Knudsen is a Director at Devoteam. Steen has previously worked as a consultant at MetierWestergaard and has, among other things, developed our Project Manager Programme. At MetierWestergaard, Steen teaches ITIL®, PRINCE2® and on the Project Manager Programme.
