Learn to lead agile transformations in larger organisations, and become a “Certified SAFe® Agilist”

SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework ™) is the leading framework for how large organizations scale Agile.
SAFe® is thus a framework that creates common principles and language in the agile organization, and our Leading SAFe course gets you off to a good start on your agile journey!

At a team level, SAFe is in principle the same as Scrum: self-organising teams working in short iterations. But in addition, SAFe Program, Solution and Portfolio address the levels, and here SAFe uses methods from System Thinking, DevOps, Lean Start-up, Design Thinking, Lean and Kanban.

In our Leading SAFe course, you gain an in-depth insight into the SAFe framework and working agile and efficiently in larger programs. An understanding is also given of how levels in SAFe - Team, Program and Portfolio - play together and how to make SAFe work in a development organisation.

At the same time, you gain insight into how to drive an agile transformation and how the agile can be scaled across teams and organisational units. An essential element of this is also how to get many teams to work together to deliver on the same project - agile and efficient.

We also offer these courses within SAFe:

It was a really good course, which puts some familiar and some new processes into play in a larger context than "just" what you know from scrum. A really good course for anyone with an interest in how to drive successful agile transformations with SAFe.
