Two directions for advanced courses in ITIL®?
With ITIL 4, you can go in two directions with the advanced courses, these courses build on your knowledge from the ITIL 4 Foundation course.
The two directions ITIL works with, for the advanced courses are:
- Managing Professional a direction is for specialists. It has four certification courses, and if you take all four, you will receive a Managing Professional certificate.
- Strategic Leader is for leaders. It has two certification courses, and if you take both certificates, you will receive an ITIL Strategic Leader certificate.
- ITIL Extension Modules are individual courses that do not require an ITIL Foundation certification.
If you have both the Managing Professional and Strategic Leader certificates, you can qualify for an ITIL Master.
