The personal information we have collected about you is primarily used in connection with the activity in connection with which the information was collected. We use data about you to improve our services and ensure quality in our products and services as well as in our contact with you.

Personal data is only passed on to a third party in connection with holding courses through a third party or in connection with conferences or events where a third party participates as a co-organizer or sponsor.

We also use personal data to target our newsletters, which you must separately agree to receive.

We do not obtain your consent if we are legally obliged to pass on your personal data, e.g. as part of a report to an authority.

 

Dissemination of personal data
We pass on your personal data to business partners if you have chosen to take a certification. In this case, we do not obtain your consent, as it is a prerequisite to be able to take a certification, but you can object to this type of disclosure at any time. The consequence of this will be that you cannot take a certification.

Shortly before the certification, where the teacher is invigilator, the teacher receives an email from the collaboration partner about your registration for certification. Shortly after the certification, the exam proctor receives an email from the collaboration partner about the result. Immediately after the end of the course, both emails will be deleted. We register information about which course you have attended and whether you have passed a certification. This information is stored for 5 years after the end of the course. You can have this data deleted at any time by contacting us.
