Understand the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe® Organization, and become a “Certified SAFe® Scrum Master”

While traditional Scrum Master training focuses on the Scrum Master role at the team level, the SAFe Scrum Master course addresses the role in a broader context, across the organization.

SAFe® Scrum Master deals with Scrum at the team level and facilitation of team events. We work with conflict management and team dynamics, as well as the daily support of the Agile Team.

In addition, participants are prepared to be able to plan and execute at the program level (PI Planning). This PI Planning is a crucial component in the scaled agile development and how to work with Scrum across an organisation - including iterative planning.

The SAFe Scrum Master role also deals with building high-performing agile teams through coaching. The Scrum Master role is essential in ensuring that the team delivers the maximum business value.

As a certified SAFe Scrum Master, you can work as a Scrum Master in a SAFe organisation as well as in a smaller organisation. This increases your value for teams and you can support the organisations working on SAFe.

The SAFe Scrum Master course gives you the skills to be a scrum master in a SAFe organisation, but also to work as a scrum master in other agile setups than SAFe. It is also a course that gives you a range of tools to drive agile teams and understand agile principles.
