ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value

The purpose of the course is to guide IT organisations and their customers, users, suppliers and partners through the principles and practices that are the prerequisite for value creation. It focuses on converting demand into value through IT-supported services.

Our ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value course reviews the most important aspects of the customer journey: Its purpose, stakeholder intentions, touchpoints and service interactions, design and mapping of customer journeys and measurement and improvement of customer journeys.

The most important steps of the customer journey are reviewed with a focus on the following steps:

It is thus not possible to buy an ITIL course without a book or exam, and therefore we state our price as a total price all incl. If you want a physical book, this must be purchased separately, and you will still receive an e-book in your course package.

With a voucher-based exam, you take the exam according to your teaching course, at a time that suits you.

About ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value

Course materials and exam are in English.

The course is based on an interaction between theory, problem-solving and group work.

The course is intensive and participants should set aside time for homework during the course.

The course contains the official manual, course materials and certification.

Exam & Certification

The exam takes place on the last day of the course. Examination form and duration are currently not determined. The exam is mandatory and can not be deselected.

Upon passing, you obtain an ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value certificate.

Please notice: The exam is digital. Hence, remember to bring a laptop. You cannot use a tablet or iPad..
