The course is about the organisation's ability to continuously improve its range of services in order to create a sustainable business model and is built on ITIL's guiding principles and continual improvement model.

The course includes, in addition to a multiple-choice exam, also some practical assignments, which aim to link knowledge about sustainability (based on the UN's 17 sustainability goals) with the organisation's IT and digital strategy.

Please note that this module can be taken independently, and therefore does not require an ITIL Foundation certification

Course materials and exam are in English.

The course is based on an interaction between theory, problem solving and group work.

The course is intensive and participants should set aside time for homework during the course.

The course contains the official manual, course materials and certification.

Exam & Certification

The exam takes place on the last day of the course. Examination form and duration are currently not determined. The exam is mandatory and can not be deselected.

Upon passing, you obtain an ITIL 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital and IT certificate.

Please notice: The exam is digital. Hence, remember to bring a laptop. You cannot use a tablet or iPad..
