About ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver & Support

The course is based on an interaction between theory, problem solving and group work. The course is intensive and participants should set aside time for homework during the course.

Course materials and the exam are in English.

The course contains the official manual, course materials and certification.

Exam & Certification

The exam takes place on the last day of the course. Exam is mandatory and can not be deselected.

Upon passing, you obtain an ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support certificate.

Please notice: The exam is digital. Hence, remember to bring a laptop. You cannot use a tablet or iPad..

Who is the target group?

The course spans the entire scale - creation, operation and support of IT services - where IT services must be understood broadly as both IT systems, server platforms and infrastructure.
The target group is all employees and all managers in the IT department.


You must have a general knowledge of IT and an understanding of your own business.

  • The course requires an ITIL 4 Foundation certificate.


Take² is an insurance that can be purchased when you enrol in a course. The price of Take² is 450 DKK, which is less than half the price of a normal re-examination, if you buy it after completing the course. If you have purchased Take² and you do not pass your exam, you will automatically receive an online re-exam voucher. You can take Take² whenever and wherever you want. Take² can be used up to 6 months after your exam. Order Take² when you enrol. Later it is not possible to purchase the insurance. 

Note: If you pass the exam in the first instance, Take² cannot be refunded or used for other exams.
