Course materials and exam are in English.

The course is based on an interaction between theory, problem solving and group work.

The course is intensive and participants should set aside time for homework during the course.

The course contains the official manual, course materials and certification.

Exam & Certification

The exam takes place on the last day of the course. Examination form and duration are currently not determined. Exam is mandatory and can not be deselected.

Upon passing, you obtain an ITIL 4 High Velocity IT certificate.

Please notice: The exam is digital. Hence, remember to bring a laptop. You cannot use a tablet or iPad..

The course is aimed at IT and service management practitioners who work in organisations that are becoming more and more digital. Where IT services must be able to keep up with a dynamic organisation that constantly challenges and pushes its IT services. An environment that is characterised by constant and rapid change.

Prerequisites

You must have a general knowledge of IT and an understanding of your own business.
