The aim of the course is to help those accustomed to traditional IT and service management concepts develop and integrate new, practical high-speed competencies, concepts, methods, techniques and technologies.

Our ITIL 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT course defines key concepts, here under high velocity IT, digital technology, digital organisations, digital transformation and high velocity IT purposes.

It touches closely on high velocity IT culture and the techniques that can be applied when working LEAN and agile.

About ITIL 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT

The course is based on an interaction between theory, problem solving and group work.

The course is intensive and participants should set aside time for homework during the course.

The course contains the official manual, course materials and certification.

Exam & Certification

The exam takes place on the last day of the course. Examination form and duration are currently not determined. Exam is mandatory and can not be deselected.

Upon passing, you obtain an ITIL 4 High Velocity IT certificate.

Please notice: The exam is digital. Hence, remember to bring a laptop. You cannot use a tablet or iPad..

The course is aimed at IT and service management practitioners who work in organisations that are becoming more and more digital. Where IT services must be able to keep up with a dynamic organisation that constantly challenges and pushes its IT services. An environment that is characterised by constant and rapid change.
