Successful program management with MSP

MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes) is an internationally recognized framework, best practice and certification for program management and leadership.

Programs bring together related change projects under one umbrella. This way, your company can navigate changes steadily. Program management sets the direction, coordinates the organization of, and implements related projects. This helps achieve results and realize the benefits of strategic importance to the company.

About MSP® Total

The course provides an introduction to program management with MSP®. You will learn about concepts such as: MSP® principles: the foundation for good practice in program management, MSP® processes - the transformative flow in a program, MSP® management themes - knowledge areas that support specific key areas in program management and upon passing the exam, you will receive a certification in MSP® Foundation.

The course consists of 4 days of teaching from 9am - 4pm and is held in English by an experienced MSP trainer.

The Foundation exam is taken on the 3rd day of the course. You will subsequently take the Practitioner exam online at your convenience.

Approximately 3 weeks before the course, you will receive vouchers for Peoplecert, so you can access your e-book and course materials. The Managing Successful Programmes e-book must be read in its entirety in advance and is part of the exam preparation.

Exam & Certification

Foundation exam:

• Multiple choice

• 60 questions

• 36 questions must be answered correctly to pass

• 60 minutes duration

• No aids allowed

Practitioner exam:

• Case-based multiple choice

• 70 questions

• 42 questions must be answered correctly to pass

• 150 minutes duration

• You are allowed to bring the book Managing Successful Programmes

The course and exams are conducted in English.

Take2

Take2

Take² is an insurance that can be purchased when you enrol in a course. The price of Take² is 450 DKK, which is less than half the price of a normal re-examination, if you buy it after completing the course. If you have purchased Take² and you do not pass your exam, you will automatically receive an online re-exam voucher. You can take Take² whenever and wherever you want. Take² can be used up to 6 months after your exam. Order Take² when you enrol. Later it is not possible to purchase the insurance. 

Note: If you pass the exam in the first instance, Take² cannot be refunded or used for other exams.
