PC Factory - A PC's journey from manufacturer to end user

PC Factory is a simulation game that brings the entire value chain, from a PC leaving the distributor to the end user. As a participant, you play realistic roles, such as distributor, 3rd line support, architect, 2nd line configuration specialist, 1st line supporter in the Service Desk, support manager, project manager, etc., and you work with both single deliveries/problems and large deployments.

The game is fun and challenging and puts the daily work, as it is known from your own department, at the forefront.

The simulation game

The game is played over four rounds, each containing elements that trigger different parts of the game. Cases enter the Service Desk, which prioritizes and allocates. The cases are sent to Operations, Development or an external supplier, who find solutions for the users. Continuous work must be done with improvements in both cooperation, roles and the organization in the department. After each round, the effort is scored, and after the four rounds a winner is found and lessons learned.
