PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner

With a PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course, you will learn to combine agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and LEAN Startup with the world's leading project method, PRINCE2.

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course builds on the PRINCE2 Foundation and is aimed at those of you who would like to know the most common agile methods, which will put agile project management into a known frame of reference. The course also addresses challenges in organisations that are experiencing increasing complexity in the project tasks and that are experiencing challenges in terms of adherence to the existing project model.

Agile methods are particularly suitable in knowledge work, such as product and concept development, marketing, research and analysis - in short, all work that involves problem-solving.

You can also take PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner as e-learning or as virtual teaching.

In the PRINCE2 Agile® course, you learn to combine agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and LEAN Startup, with the world's leading project method, PRINCE2®. The course is for you who already have solid knowledge within "classic" project management and want to supplement your knowledge, embrace it more broadly, and expand your competencies to also be able to work agile.

Agile methods are used more frequently and in more and more organisations worldwide, due to the flexibility, they allow. Therefore, an agile certification is a good way to keep your CV and skills up to date and relevant to the job market.

About PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner

The PRINCE2 Agile course consists of three days of teaching in English by an experienced PRINCE2 trainer.

The course includes the official PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner manual as an e-book.

There is full board during the course days on all physical class courses.

Exam & Certification

There are two test exams, as well as the official PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certification exam.

The exam is an English multiple-choice test with 50 questions based on a case.

Duration: 2½ hours.

30 correct of the 50 valid answers are required to pass.

The PRINCE2 Agile manual must be brought to the exam.

You will receive a voucher for this PRINCE2 exam, so you can book an exam at an optional time that suits you after the course.

Prerequisites

To obtain the certification in PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, you must have previously obtained one of the following certifications:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAMP)
  • IPMA Level A® (Certified Project Director)
  • IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager)
  • IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager)
  • IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate)
Take2

Take2

Take² is an insurance that can be purchased when you enrol in a course. The price of Take² is 450 DKK, which is less than half the price of a normal re-examination, if you buy it after completing the course. If you have purchased Take² and you do not pass your exam, you will automatically receive an online re-exam voucher. You can take Take² whenever and wherever you want. Take² can be used up to 6 months after your exam. Order Take² when you enrol. Later it is not possible to purchase the insurance. 

Note: If you pass the exam in the first instance, Take² cannot be refunded or used for other exams.
