Become a Certified SAFe® DevOps
The SAFe DevOps course looks at all aspects of DevOps, from idea to validation in production and focuses on getting products on the market even faster.
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of DevOps competencies needed to accelerate time-to-market by improving the flow of value through the delivery system. Participants will map the current value stream from idea to final delivery, and identify procedures that remove bottlenecks. There are suggestions for best practices that can be implemented in the various steps to improve quality, automation, flow and collaboration.
The SAFe DevOps course also provides an understanding of the overall value flow and participants will work with SAFe's CALMR (Culture, Automation, Lean, Measure, Recover) approach to DevOps, which helps create a culture with shared responsibility for the full range of solution delivery. It helps align people, processes and technology throughout the organisation to achieve faster time-to-market.
Participants come home with the tools they need to execute an implementation plan to improve their delivery pipeline as well as the knowledge they need to support the plan. The course also prepares students to take the SAFe® DevOps Practitioner (SDP) certification exam.
