Rally — wroooom!

Rally takes place in ½ - 1 day and is perfect as part of a team building day.

Your team must win the upcoming Rally. The winner reaps honor and glory - and great prizes! Your abilities to organize processes, roles and areas of responsibility will be pushed to the limit, and only by optimizing your scarce resources can you succeed!

Rally is a team building game where the team is put to the test in cooperation over a simple and recognizable concept. The game takes place over half a day, and here the participants – in addition to competing and having fun – will reflect on the many parallels that can be drawn to everyday life, including process improvements, handling problems and errors, planning and follow-up as well as communication in everyday life.

The simulation game

Rally takes place in half a day either in the morning or in the afternoon.

The task is clear – together with your team, you must design, build and test a race track. When you and the team are ready, you'll race against the other team. In order to be successful, it is imperative that strategy and processes are under control. Furthermore, it is important that the roles are distributed so that the individuals in the team know what they have to do. It's just like at home – without processes, roles and responsibilities in place, everything goes smoothly.

Finally, a race is run against the other team. The two best drivers from both teams compete, and the winning team thus has the right to mock.

Profit:

After completing the workshop, participants will:

  • Experience the value of a managed and highly organized team
  • That structured processes with responsible roles strengthen and add value to the result
  • Be able to relate funny situations to the real problems of everyday life
  • Be able to communicate, collaborate and understand processes better
  • Learn to focus on what is important for the final outcome

The simulation is aimed at all departments and employees who work with roles, processes and, not least, collaboration.
