A day with a game leader from MetierWestergaard provides maximum insight and motivation, and the game can also be used for team building across IT development and IT operations.
In short, it is about how cooperation in IT can unfold, so that we get away from the classic schisms around silos (Operation and development) so that one delivery is made via a team with all levels in the IT department.
The simulation game
Over three rounds, you will work on IT projects to ensure "The Phoenix Project" is completed on time. But beware, the business keeps coming up with new ideas and demands, and external developments beyond your control can also throw gravel into the machine.
