Services are increasingly being procured from a network of different providers, and in step with this, the challenges of getting it all to play together are growing.

In this course, you will be taught the contexts of SIAM and how to manage services from many different providers.

The primary purpose of SIAM (Service Integration and Management) is to create consistent management, assurance and management of many different suppliers and services, whether these are external or internal.

SIAM ™ includes supplier coordination, integration, collaboration, interoperability and deliveries. This creates an environment where all parties know their respective roles and responsibilities, where everyone is empowered to deliver, and where everyone will be held accountable for their results.

About SIAM™ Foundation

This 3 day course is held by our senior consultants and teachers who have years of IT Service Management and IT management experience.

Exam & Certification

The exam takes place at the end of the last day of the course. It is an electronic multiple-choice assignment with 40 questions in English.

The pass criterion is 65%.

Duration 75 min. If your native language is not English.

Upon passing, you obtain the EXIN SIAM ™ Foundation certificate.

Please notice: The exam is digital. Hence, remember to bring a laptop. You cannot use a tablet or iPad..

Who is the target group?

The course is aimed at professionals who are interested in Service Integration and Management or who want to implement the method in an organization, and in particular professionals who are already working with IT service management processes.

Prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites, but it is strongly recommended to have knowledge of IT service management, for example ITIL or ISO / IEC 20000.

It is recommended that you read the book "SIAM ™ Foundation Body of Knowledge" before the course. Link to free download of the book is sent upon registration.
